This past week has been a hard one for more reasons that I can explain. However, life doesn’t stop and it is our job to work everyday to find our happy place, and keep our sanity.
Meal planning helps me keep my head together, at least when meals is a concern. And, we all have to eat right?
Because of that, it doesn’t have how hard my week has been, I always grab my pen and paper to plan my meals for the week.
