This week has been one filled with crazy moments and difficult challenges. But somehow, I’ve manged to get done so much more than I thought I could. I did almost forget to eat anything at all on three different days this week. But at least I’m getting stuff done.
Thankfully, I had my meal plan ready for the week so cooking for my family was not an issue. I swear that with the way things have been for the past 2 weeks, my family is lucky I was able to cook at all.
That’s why meal planning is so important. Because it helps with managing your time better and ensures that even on the busiest of weeks you can have daily meals on the table for you and your family.
