Thrive at Five Meal Plan – Week #6 ~ A weekly meal plan for busy parents. This week’s plan features a super easy slow cooker sesame chicken recipe, a quick vegetarian frittata, a comforting stew and a finger licking good mac n’ cheese.
Yes, this week’s meal plan is very late. I wanted to get it out and ready for you on Friday as usual, but the holidays crept up on me without noticing. All of a sudden, it was the day before Christmas Eve and I wasn’t ready. At all. For anything.
Then, I found myself rushing and struggling to buy Christmas presents, go grocery shopping, plan and make a big Nochebuena dinner. Everything was just so much that the blog, and this post, had to take a back seat until today.
Anyways, I hope this meal plan is still helpful to you, if that this week, maybe the next. Either way, I hope to bring you a brand new meal plan on Friday.
I’ve teamed up with an amazing group of bloggers to share the weekly Thrive at Five Meal Plan. Our goal is to help you get a homemade dinner on the table quickly and easily without the daily battle of deciding what to cook for dinner. Every Friday, we will be doing a round up of recipes to help you plan out your meal for the week and also include a little treat or two.
