A list of 5 last-minute dishes to prepare for Thanksgiving dinner.
I am a planner, most of the time. I make lists, set schedules, prepare timelines, etc. This is how I keep myself, my work and my house organized to avoid stress and get things done. Sometimes, however, certain dates and things can catch up and find us completely unprepared. This is just what happened for Thanksgiving this year. It’s the day before Thanksgiving and I have not a clue of what we’ll be serving for dinner. Luckily, I still have a little bit of time to make my list, head out to buy some ingredients and cook a wonderful meal. I’m being completely optimistic here. Hopefully, there are still some turkeys left at the store. If not, I guess chicken will have to do.
