This natural beets, carrots and orange juice is incredibly delicious and very nutritious. It’s high in Vitamin C and a powerful antioxidant that supports healthy blood flow.
Growing up, I clearly remember my grandmother used to make and drink this juice every day. She used to always serve me a cup as well and it was one of my favorites. It still is.
When I was pregnant with my son, I literally craved this beets, carrots and orange juice every day. A dear family friend knew this and was always so happy to make me a whole jar. Whenever I came to visit her, she’d take me into her kitchen, pull out the full jar from her fridge and say, “mira lo que te tengo (Look what I have for you).” I swear my son would jump in my belly with excitement as I drank it.
When I was a child, I really enjoyed drinking this juice mostly because it tastes really good. Now I understand that this juice is not only delicious, but it’s also really good for you!
How is this juice good for you
Beets are not just a good source of folate, magnesium, vitamin C, and fiber, but they also contain a compound that offers powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects.
Carrots are a great source of beta carotene, fiber, vitamin K1, potassium, and antioxidants. They are also known to maintain great vision health.

How to make beets, carrots and orange juice
To make this recipe, place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until everything is fully integrated. Pour through a strainer into a pitcher and refrigerate until well-chilled.
You can also use a good quality juicer to make this recipe. Simply add the oranges, carrots and beets to the juicer. Mix in the honey into the juice before putting on the fridge.
Incorporating more fruits and vegetables into my diet has always been a goal of mine. Personally, I think we can always do better in that area. This natural juice is a great way to do just that and it’s so good that I’m sure the entire family will love it.

Beets Carrots and Orange Juice
- 6 cups orange juice (about 8-10 oranges), freshly squeezed
- 2 medium carrots, roughly chopped
- 1 large beet, roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey, optional
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until everything is fully integrated.
- Pour through a strainer into a pitcher.
- Refrigerate until well-chilled.
- Serve cold.
