This easy Chocolate Fruit Dip is perfectly creamy, chocolaty with a hint of hazelnut flavor and it’s made with only 3 ingredients.
One of my favorite things about summer is the array of delicious fresh fruit that is available during this time of year. I am always buying way more than needed at the farmer’s market and end up having to eat it all rather quickly before it spoils. We don’t really need an excuse to eat lots of fruit, but I have discovered that this Easy Chocolate Dip goes really well with fruit and now I am obsessed.
I love this dip because it requires only 3 ingredients and 5 minutes of my time, which is a win-win in my book. Also, it makes for a great appetizer or snack to serve at any gathering. Serve it in a nice bowl with a bunch of colorful fruit laying beautifully on your favorite tray for a pretty set up.
You can take it with you to the beach, the pool, to a picnic at the park or even your backyard. It is one of those dips that everyone will love, especially the kids. Not only that, it looks so pretty and fancy. Shave some chocolate on top for garnish and it will look like a smooth sweet dessert that came out of a pastry chef’s kitchen.
You will surely impress family and friends with a beautiful fruit and dip tray like the one below. Don’t you think? Well, I’ll tell you a little secret.
Well, I’ll tell you a little secret. I put this tray together using my granite molcajete and a 15″ paella pan. Talk about repurposing cookware. 🙂

You killed me presenting the fruit in a paella pan and the dip in a molcajete! Genious!
