Piña Colada Dulce de Leche Smoothie ~ A refreshing tropical dessert smoothie inspired by the Piña Colada flavors that the entire family will love.
You probably know by now that I love Piña Colada. In reality, I love any drink or dish with tropical flavors. Not only because I find it tasty but because they give me a particular sense of comfort and joy that it’s hard to explain.
I can have a Piña Colada smoothie practically every day of the week and be happy. It helps that I always keep a few cans of Dole Packaged Foods fruit in my pantry. They can come in very handy at dinner time or when I’m craving something sweet. Dole pineapple can be used in many ways in recipes to change up weekend events, as well as weekday meals and holiday dinner!
I also enjoy mixing things up a bit and giving traditional dishes fun and tasty twists.
So, I just asked myself one day, “Self, what would make a Piña Colada taste even better?” And, almost immediately, my one and only thought was dulce de leche. Duh!
To make this ridiculously delicious smoothie I used only four ingredients.
- Dole Crushed Pineapple
- Coconut Milk
- Dulce de Leche
Mix those four ingredients in a blender with ice and the result will be a sweet and smooth dessert-like drink filled with tropical flavors that your entire family will enjoy!
