Another Friday, another meal plan. Yay!
Can you tell I enjoy planning? I really do. It makes me feel as if I had my life together, although it might not always be that way. That is why I plan my weeks, my days, my hours, my minutes. Things don’t always go as plan, so I do add some flexibility into my planning because things can change at any moment.
I like to be flexible with my meal planning as well. So, what I do is that I plan all the meals for the week, but I do not assign a particular day to any particular meal. This way I can move meals around and if I feel like having ravioli on a Monday instead of a Friday, I can do that. All you need to do is make sure you have all ingredients for the week in hand.
Your meal plan is not written in stone. Do move your meals around as needed, but always make sure to plan the menu ahead. You’ll be happy you did.
