The Cuban Table Cookbook: This book by Ana Sofia from HungrySofia.com is a comprehensive and contemporary overview of traditional Cuban food, recipes and culture. This book would make a great gift for anyone who loves Cuban food me included.
Pretty Apron: For the stylish home cook, having a pretty apron is important to feel beautiful even in the kitchen, while breaking a sweat cooking. This Hemet Mexican Folk Art Apron is a colorful and vibrant, and features beautiful pictures of Mexican folk art.
Hand Mixer: For the sweets loving baker, a great hand mixer is a must to have in the kitchen and would make a great Christmas present. I love this KitchenAid 9 Speed Hand Mixer.
Caldero: Every Latin kitchen must have a caldero. Rice just doesn’t cook the same without it. I have one in every size.
Clay Pot: This is one I’m trying to get my hands on myself. Clay pots are good for cooking almost about everything, but they are great for cooking meat stews and bean dishes. I discovered this pretty looking clay pot through a giveaway ran by Clara over at DominicanCooking.com. The giveaway might be closed by now, but these beauty is sure word buying or gifting.
