Delicious garlicky mayo ketchup sauce perfect for dipping fries, tostones or as a dressing for sandwiches and burgers.
September. My birthday month this year was absolutely insane! This past month, I lived through a hurricane in Florida and while dealing with its aftermath, I organized and executed an out-of-state move back to the Northeast.
It really tested my patience and ability to keep it together in the most stressful of moments like rushing to pack boxes in the dark because you have no electricity due to the hurricane and hoping your moving company doesn’t cancel on you because they can’t contact you to confirm pickup since you have no cell service, among other things.
It was quite a month. But we made it and now we are living in this quiet beautiful small town in Northern New Jersey. I am relieved, happy and calm.
The winds of Autumn are blowing and the leaves are starting to fall. I will soon start sharing more recipes for the season, but in the meantime, I want to leave this delicious mayo-ketchup recipe here for you.
This sauce is so amazing and can really come in handy at your next tailgate.
