Sometimes, we need an afternoon snack that serves as a pick-me-up in order to continue our day. This Salted Caramel Mocha Protein Shake is just that. A chocolaty sweet and salty shake with a shot of espresso that will wake you up in a matter of seconds.

Salted Caramel Mocha Protein Shake
- 2 oz espresso
- ¾ vanilla almond milk
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder , unsweetened
- 1 tablespoon store-bought salted caramel , plus extra for topping
- 1 cup ice
- Whipped cream , for topping
- Chocolate syrup , for topping
- Add all ingredients to a blender and combine. Serve into a large glass or mason jar and top with whipped cream, salted caramel and chocolate syrup, if desired.
