- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 1/2 cups fresh baby spinach
- 2 3/4 cups watermelon , cubed, separated
- 6 medium strawberries , cubed, separated
- 1/4 cup simple syrup
In a blender, mix protein powder, baby spinach, 2 cups watermelon, 4 strawberries and simple syrup.
Add the remaining watermelon and strawberry pieces into popsicle molds.
Fill popsicle molds with the mix from the blender.
Freeze for at least 4 hours.
