Ingredients

  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 2 3/4 cups watermelon , cubed, separated
  • 6 medium strawberries , cubed, separated
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup

Instructions

  • In a blender, mix protein powder, baby spinach, 2 cups watermelon, 4 strawberries and simple syrup.
  • Add the remaining watermelon and strawberry pieces into popsicle molds.
  • Fill popsicle molds with the mix from the blender.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours.
