- 6-8 medium fresh strawberries, cubed
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
- 8 oz tub frozen whipped topping, thawed (plus extra for topping)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup premade cookie crust, plus extra for garnish
Cut strawberries into small cubes and set aside.
In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat together cream cheese, chocolate hazelnut spread, whipped cream, and vanilla until creamy and well combined.
In 4-6 small or medium glasses, layer cookie crust, chocolate cheesecake mixture, and strawberries starting with the cookie crust. Repeat and top with extra whipped topping, strawberries, and a sprinkle of the cookie crust.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Soften the cream cheese before using. I like to take mine out of the fridge about 30 minutes before I'm ready to use it. When softened, it will incorporate more easily with the other ingredients.
- I prefer to use full-fat cream cheese for a richer and creamier texture, but you can use low fat if you prefer.
