Chai Rice Pudding

Rich, creamy and sweet Chai Rice Pudding infused with Oregon Chai Tea Latte Concentrate.

  • ½ cup rice
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3 cups water
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup Oregon Chai Tea Latte Concentrate
  • ¾ cup evaporated milk
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • sliced almonds for garnish (optional)


  • Place the rice, cinnamon stick, salt and water in a large pot over medium heat. Let it simmer until rice is tender, about 20 minutes. Stir occasionally to avoid sticking.
  • Add the Oregon Chai Tea Latte Concentrate, milk, sugar and butter. Stir to combine. Once it comes to a boil, add the raisins.
  • Let simmer until it reaches a pudding-like consistency. Turn off the heat and cover to let cool down before serving.
