- 1 cup raspberries
- ¾ cup ganulated sugar
- 2 tablespoon lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 cup water
- 1 lime slice
In a small skillet, heat the raspberries, sugar, lemon juice, water, and a lemon slice over medium-high heat.
Lower the heat when it starts to boil. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes until the raspberries have melted.
Take it off the heat and let it cool for about 10 minutes.
Pass the liquid through a strainer and store it in the refrigerator in a sealed container.
