Dice strawberries, onion, and jalapeño into small cubes and place in a large bowl. Add chopped fresh cilantro, lime juice (freshly squeezed is best), and salt and pepper to taste. Stir everything together to combine.
Serve with corn chips or pita chips. You can also serve it as a topping for grilled fish, shrimp and/or chicken.
This salsa is best served fresh immediate after you make it. You can also store it in a sealed air-tight container and place in the fridge for a few days. But I do not recommend storing it much longer.
