Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh mamey (zapote), cubed
  • 1 1/2 cup soy or almond milk , vanilla flavor
  • 2 tablespoons sugar , plus more if needed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and mix on high until the ice is well blended. T
  • Serve immediately.
