Tropical Fruit Yogurt Parfait
This tropical fruit yogurt parfait is delicious and the perfect on-the-go easy breakfast or snack. It’s made with mango, kiwi, granola and toasted coconut vanilla flavor yogurt.
Servings: 3 (4 oz) mason jars
- 2 5.3 oz Light & Fit Greek yogurt, toasted coconut vanilla flavor
- 2 kiwis peeled and cubed
- ½ mango peeled and cubed
- ½ cup oats and honey granola
- 1 tablespoon toasted coconut flakes
Add a layer of yogurt to the bottom of the mason jars, about 1 tablespoon.
Then add a layer on the mango and kiwi followed by the granola.
Add another layer of the yogurt.
Top with more fruit, granola, and the toasted coconut flakes.
